Designed Around Modern Family Living

At the heart of the design is a layout that balances shared family spaces with areas for privacy and retreat.

The open-plan kitchen, living and dining area creates a natural gathering point, bringing everyday activities together in one connected space. Meanwhile, the private den and rumpus room provide additional flexibility, whether for quiet downtime, entertainment or spending time together in different ways.

With six bedrooms and five bathrooms, the home is designed to accommodate the changing needs of a busy household while providing comfort and functionality throughout.

The split-level configuration adds another layer to the design, helping define different areas of the home and create a more considered living experience.

Indoor Comfort Meets Resort-Style Outdoor Living

The design extends beyond the interiors, with outdoor living playing an important role in the overall home experience.

A covered alfresco area overlooks the 8m × 3m swimming pool, creating a relaxed setting for entertaining guests, enjoying weekends with family or simply unwinding at home.

By bringing these spaces together, the design creates a natural connection between indoor living and outdoor enjoyment, giving the home a lifestyle-focused feel.

Thoughtful Design, Down to the Details

A successful home is about more than its size or appearance. It’s about how the spaces work together and how well the design responds to the people who will live there.

From the open-plan living area to the dedicated rumpus, den and home gym, each space contributes to a home that supports a variety of everyday activities without losing its overall sense of cohesion.

At DMR Designs, we approach every project by understanding the client's vision and translating it into a practical, considered design that balances lifestyle, functionality and architectural character.
